A little about me...
After a rocky start growing up, I was propelled toward personal growth;
which led me on a path to support others in living the quality of life they desire.
I've studied and developed an understanding of how processing trauma and early attachment to our primary caregiver guide us toward our path to living a quality life.
This awareness and fervor to help others led me to study Clinical Social Work at the University of New England, and I now practice as a licensed Psychotherapist in New Mexico; where I am committed to partnering with you to improve your sense of well-being.

A Clear Vision for Your Needs
The idea of working through trauma can stir up all kinds of feelings. Sometimes we may want to share our story with an other to have someone hear our pain and be a sort of witness to our experience. Or, we may not want to share at all, but to find a way to ease our suffering.
Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support and guidance. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery where you have a sense of control in the process by being a part of the decision-making.
We'll work together to make sense of confusing or overwhelming thoughts and emotions.
I have the tools and professional experience to help you get back on track.
