Art of Listening
Listening is an art. When we listen to understand rather than to make our point, the speaker feels heard and connected to us.
This sculpture lets us imagine having two ears and no mouth with the space between the ears open and ready to learn something new about the speaker.
Remember, understanding where someone else is coming from isn't about agreeing. Its about an openness to hear their point of view.
